VowSift Privacy Policy

Overview

VowSift keeps one event's guest logistics on your device. It is built for guest names, households, RSVP states, meal labels, seating notes, follow-ups, CSV import, and export without a VowSift account, hosted RSVP service, ads, or checkout inside the app.

Information You Enter

VowSift uses the guest names, household details, RSVP values, guest counts, meal labels, table labels, follow-up notes, dietary notes, CSV rows, and other planning notes you enter to provide the app workflow.

Storage And Services

Saved guest rows, meal labels, table labels, follow-up state, import review state, export previews, and notes stay on this device unless you choose to export, screenshot, or share them outside the app.

CSV export and venue handoff are local sharing tools. They can include guest names, meal labels, dietary notes, seating labels, and follow-up details, so review them before sharing. VowSift does not require a product account, guest account, hosted RSVP service, vendor marketplace, messaging service, or separate checkout inside the app.

User-facing data inventory

• Persisted records: The one event workspace, event name, date, venue label, guests, households, RSVP states, meal labels, tables, seating, follow-up notes, dietary/accessibility notes, CSV import review state, and venue handoff/export text stay on this device.
• Transient search and filters: Guest filters, editor drafts, and import review checks are workflow state; VowSift does not store search-query history.
• Generated exports: Guest CSV and venue handoff text are generated from the one local event workspace when you create them.
• Cached or prepared exports: Locally prepared venue handoff/export text stays in the workspace until replaced or Reset Event is used; files saved or shared outside the app are controlled outside VowSift.
• Notification state: None. VowSift does not schedule reminders or notification alerts.
• Recent history: No separate recent-history list. The app keeps one event workspace at a time.
• Clear or reset controls: Use guest delete controls, meal/table archive or reset controls, and Reset Event to remove the event, guests, households, meal labels, tables, notes, CSV import review, and locally prepared export text.

Analytics, Logs, And Diagnostics

VowSift includes a first-party local analytics wrapper for privacy-safe product event names. Those events do not leave the device, are not persisted by the app, and are not sent to a remote analytics service because the default analytics sink is empty.

The app's local event names are limited to workflow states such as create, update, archive, export, reminder, attachment, calculator, support, or screen events. They must not include guest names, household details, RSVP values, guest counts, meal labels, table labels, seating notes, follow-up notes, dietary notes, CSV rows, and export or venue handoff content.

Debug builds used by developers may print the event name and analytics pipeline to the local debug console. Release builds do not write these analytics logs. VowSift does not include a third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, attribution SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, IDFA use, App Tracking Transparency prompt, account tracking, or cross-app tracking.

Apple may separately provide App Store, TestFlight, crash, diagnostic, or aggregate App Analytics reports through Apple-operated systems, App Store account controls, iOS privacy settings, or diagnostic settings. Those Apple-operated reports are separate from VowSift's local analytics wrapper. The App Store privacy label lists data Darts Creative collects through its own systems, such as user-initiated support emails, and does not treat local-only event names as uploaded analytics or tracking.

Support Requests

If you contact product support at support@dartscreative.com, the email address and details you send are used to answer the support request.

Support screenshots, logs, and email attachments can include private app data if you include them. Do not send guest lists, household details, dietary notes, seating plans, RSVP notes, venue packet content, CSV files, exports, or screenshots that identify guests or an event unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

Your Choices

You can delete guest details, meal labels, tables, and the local event workspace using the controls available in the app. You can also remove the app from the device through iOS.
