RenoTally is a local-first renovation cost worksheet for projects, project currency codes, rooms or scopes, reusable scope templates, vendor or payee labels, planned budgets, estimates, deposits, invoices, paid amounts, unpaid amounts, allowance changes, credits, refunds, receipts, photos, reminders, cost review, and export.

RenoTally support does not recommend prices, judge quotes, choose contractors, calculate materials, provide construction guidance, process payments, or give legal, tax, insurance, accounting, permit, code, contract, dispute, lien, consumer-protection, payment, warranty, accessibility, zoning, or safety advice.

Before contacting support

• Check that the project, currency code, room or scope, scope template, vendor or payee label, budget, cost row, allowance, receipt, photo, reminder, and export fields were entered as intended.
• Review planned budget, committed or estimated cost, paid amount, unpaid amount, cost changes, remaining risk, and over-budget or under-budget totals before relying on them.
• Confirm whether notification permission was allowed or denied before reporting reminder behavior.
• Review exported CSV review files before sharing them with a partner, contractor, insurer, tax preparer, accountant, or other person.

Before sending screenshots, examples, exports, or attachments, redact private app data. Do not send contractor names, vendor costs, payee details, invoices, permit details, insurance claim details, legal notes, tax notes, project photos, exports, or screenshots that identify a renovation unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.
